Great Person! Great communication a pleasure to work with!

Tanya has done a great job in representing us in our next home purchase. We walked into the Bellator office off the street and we’re so happy Tanya was at her desk to greet us! We had to work long distance for most of the process… Tanya made sure we were well informed and, when needed, she did extra research to support our decisions. Tanya is a pleasure to work with!

I had a wonderful experience working with Tanya. She is a great listener, incredibly patient, and always kind throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she truly took the time to understand our needs and concerns. Although we have bought and sold homes throughout the years, Tanya made sure we we were kept informed about the newer process and made it an easy process both on the buying of an older condo and selling our newer homes. She was upbeat and kept the process on both transactions as easy as possible. You can tell she has the clients' best interests at heart.

She has kept us informed in each step of the process and offered suggestions when necessary. Has a love of the real estate business and it shows in her interactions with us.

Tanya was great to work with and being this was our first time getting a 2nd property and we are 12 hours away she kept us updated on the new opportunities in the area and was always quick to respond.
